Meet Matt & Cody
We grew up in the trades. Same family, same training, same belief that a job worth doing is worth doing right. Cody learned HVAC from the ground up. Matt did time in the Navy as a Seabee before coming home to partner up. Different paths, same destination.
The real reason we started this company was sitting on the other side of the equation as customers. For most calls, we offer same-day or next-day appointments. For 24/7 emergencies — like a system completely down during a heat wave or cold snap — we’ll dispatch a technician as quickly as possible, often within a few hours. Do you give free estimates for new systems?
Yes — for new system installations and replacements, our in-home estimate is free with no obligation. We’ll measure your home, check your existing ductwork and electrical, ask about your comfort priorities, and give you a written quote in plain language. Diagnostic visits for repairs do have a service fee that gets credited toward the repair if you proceed.
What financing options are available?
We offer flexible financing on system installations and major repairs through several lender partners, with options that often include $0-down and same-as-cash promotional periods (subject to approved credit). We’ll walk you through what’s available during your estimate so you can choose what fits your budget.
What brands do you install?
We install AC Pro, Goodman, Trane, Daikin, Bryant, Rheem, and other major brands depending on your needs and home requirements. We’re not locked into one manufacturer — we’ll recommend the right system based on your home’s size, efficiency goals, and budget.

Genuinely family-owned. Matt and Cody are two brothers who own and operate this location. We chose to affiliate with the One Hour® brand because we believe in their standards — on-time guarantee, technician training, the satisfaction guarantee — but the business itself is ours, the team is ours, and when you call, you’re talking to our people, not a national call center.
