The One Hour Comfort Club — Your HVAC Protection Plan
Twice-yearly tune-ups, priority service, 15% off repairs, and a 100% satisfaction guarantee — for one straightforward annual membership. Maintenance handled, peace of mind included.
Your heating and cooling system is like your car — it runs reliably for years when you maintain it consistently, and it fails expensively when you don’t. The Comfort Club is our annual maintenance program: we handle the maintenance schedule, you get a system that lasts longer, runs more efficiently, and breaks down less often.
Membership is a single annual rate. You get two tune-ups (spring AC, fall furnace), a 15% discount on any repairs, priority scheduling when you call, and our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Most members save more in avoided repairs and lower energy bills than the membership costs.
What You Get as a Comfort Club Member
Membership is built around the value of consistent maintenance, plus member-exclusive perks that make every interaction with us easier and more affordable.
Two Tune-Ups Per Year
Spring AC tune-up (March–May) before summer heat. Fall furnace tune-up (September–November) before cold snaps. Scheduled automatically — we reach out when it’s time.
200+ Point Inspection
Each visit covers the full inspection and tune-up checklist — coils, refrigerant, electrical, safety controls, thermostat, airflow, combustion, heat exchanger. The same comprehensive process across every member visit.
15% Off Repairs
When something does need fixing, members receive 15% off the repair cost. Combined with avoiding unnecessary repairs through maintenance, the savings add up quickly.
Priority Scheduling
Member calls move to the front of the line. During heat waves and cold snaps when our schedule fills fast, members get priority service over walk-in calls.
Warranty Documentation
Most manufacturer warranties require documented annual maintenance. We keep records of every visit so you have proof if you ever need to file a warranty claim.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Standard on every Comfort Club service visit. If you’re not satisfied with the work, we make it right — full stop.
What We Check on Every Tune-Up Visit

- Verify thermostat operation and settings
- Inspect accessible indoor and outdoor equipment condition

- Replace standard 1-inch air filter (customer supplied or purchased separately)
- Provide recommendations for any concerns found during inspection
🍁 Fall: Furnace / Heating Tune-Up

Comfort Club Membership FAQ
How much does Comfort Club membership cost?
Annual membership pricing depends on the number and type of HVAC systems in your home (single system, dual systems, heat pump, etc.). For most single-system homes, the annual rate is comparable to the cost of two pay-per-visit tune-ups — meaning the priority service, 15% repair discount, and other perks come essentially included. Give us a call and we’ll quote your specific situation.
What’s included beyond the tune-ups?
Member benefits include: two scheduled tune-up visits per year, 15% off all repairs, priority scheduling when you call for service, automatic tune-up reminders and scheduling, maintenance documentation for manufacturer warranty claims, and our 100% satisfaction guarantee on every Club service visit.
What’s the renewal policy?
Membership is annual (12 months). We reach out before renewal so you can confirm you want to continue — no surprise auto-charges. If you decide not to renew, services received during the membership year remain valid through the end of that membership period.
What if I cancel early?
If you cancel before completing the 12-month membership period, you’re responsible for repayment of any discounts you received during your membership (member pricing on repairs, etc.). This is standard policy across the One Hour Comfort Club. Cancellation rarely makes financial sense for active members.
Do you cover multiple systems?
Yes. If you have multiple HVAC systems (zone setup, dual furnaces, AC + heat pump, etc.), we have multi-system membership options. The annual rate scales with the number of systems covered, but you still get one consolidated membership and one schedule to track.
Can I add the Comfort Club to a new system installation?
Absolutely — this is one of the most common signups. Adding the Comfort Club at the time of installation ensures your new system gets the maintenance it needs to maximize lifespan and protect warranty coverage. Ask about it during your installation quote.
Does the membership cover repair parts and labor?
The Comfort Club gives you 15% off repair costs (parts and labor combined), but repairs themselves aren’t free. Think of it as a discount and priority program, not a full insurance product. Tune-ups and inspections are included; repairs are discounted.
What HVAC systems are eligible?
Comfort Club membership is available for most residential HVAC equipment — central AC, gas furnaces, heat pumps, and mini-splits — regardless of brand. We service most major residential brands including AC Pro, Trane, Goodman, Daikin, Bryant, Rheem, Mitsubishi, Bosch, and others. If you have an unusual or older system, give us a call to confirm eligibility.
Less to Worry About. A System That Lasts Longer.
The Comfort Club is the simplest way to keep your HVAC system in good shape without thinking about it. Two visits a year, scheduled by us, with discounts and priority service in between.
