Is there really 24/7 emergency service?
Yes. If your AC is out in a heat wave or your heater is dead in a cold snap, you can call (714) 332-5125 anytime — day or night, weekend, holiday. Emergency dispatch typically arrives within a few hours. Emergency rates apply for after-hours service, and we’ll be transparent about pricing before we head out.
Do you respond to messages on weekends?
We answer phones for emergencies 24/7. Form submissions and non-urgent inquiries received over the weekend typically get a response by midday Monday. If it’s truly urgent, please call — that’s the only way to be sure we see it right away.
Can I get a quote over the phone?
For most repairs and installations, we don’t quote sight-unseen because system age, location, electrical, ductwork, and existing equipment all factor in. We can give you ballpark ranges over the phone, but accurate quotes require an in-home visit. New system installation estimates are free and no-obligation. Repair diagnostics have a service fee that’s credited toward the repair if you proceed.
