🚨 If Your Carbon Monoxide Detector Is Going Off
Leave the house immediately and call 911 from outside. Do not stay inside to investigate. CO is invisible, odorless, and can incapacitate or kill quickly. Once first responders clear the home, we can help diagnose the source and repair it.
💧 If You See Active Water Damage
Turn off the HVAC system at the thermostat to stop additional water flow. If water is reaching electrical outlets or fixtures, turn off the breaker for that area. Then call us — water damage from HVAC issues gets worse fast.

How quickly can you get to me?
It depends on the time of day, where you are in our service area, and how many other calls we’re handling. For typical same-day emergency calls, we aim for arrival within a few hours of the call. For after-hours genuine emergencies, response time varies — we’ll give you an honest estimate when you call. Heat waves and cold snaps create much higher call volume, so the earlier in the day you reach out, the faster we can get to you.
What does emergency service cost?
During regular business hours, emergency dispatch uses our standard diagnostic fee and flat-rate repair pricing. After-hours, weekend, and holiday calls may include an additional service surcharge. We always quote the exact diagnostic fee and repair cost before any work begins — no surprise bills. Maintenance club members receive priority dispatch and discounted rates.
What if I’m not sure it’s actually an emergency?
Call us anyway. We’d rather take a 2-minute call to tell you “you’re fine until morning” than have you sweat (or freeze) through the night thinking you didn’t want to bother us. Describe what’s happening and we’ll give you an honest assessment.
Will my warranty cover the repair?
Depends on your system’s manufacturer warranty and what failed. We can check your warranty status as part of the diagnostic visit and tell you whether parts are covered. Even if covered by manufacturer warranty, labor isn’t always — we’ll lay out the full picture so you can see what you’re paying for vs. what the manufacturer is covering.
